How to Register

Fill in the required information and you will receive a confirmation number via your mobile phone. Enter the confirmation number along with other required information. Receive a payment number via your mobile phone. Complete the registration by making payments through the SimBanking Mobile App, CRDB Agent, CRDB Bank Branch, Your Debit/Credit Card or via mobile networks.

How to Make Payment

Through the SimBanking App

✸Log in to the SimBanking App

✸ Select Services then select Institutions

✸ Select "Others" in the Institutions menu

✸ Select CRDB Bank Marathon

✸ Enter the payment reference number

✸ Then, proceed and complete the payment

Through M-PESA

✸ Open the mobile network menu.

✸ Choose financial services
✸ Select MPESA to go to the Bank

✸ Select CRDB Enter "Payment Reference Number”

✸ Then, proceed and complete the payment

Through the Tigo Pesa App

✸ Open the mobile network menu.

✸ Choose financial services.

✸ Select TIGO-PESA to go to the Bank.

✸ Select CRDB Enter "Payment Reference Number"

✸ Then, proceed and complete the payment.

Through Airtel Money

✸ Open the mobile network menu.

✸ Choose financial services.

✸ Select AIRTELMONEY to Bank.

✸ Select CRDB Enter "Payment Reference Number".

✸ Next, proceed and complete the payment.

Through Your Debit/Credit Card

After receiving your payment number (Invoice number) via your mobile phone kindly choose to pay by card

✸ Verify your personal information by ticking the checkbox

✸ You will receive a receipt with full details of your payment

✸ Choose to pay via Debit / Credit Card

✸ Select MasterCard / Visa and enter the following information

✸ Enter your card number (16 digits on the front of the card)

✸ Enter expiration Date & Month

✸ Enter card security number (The last three numbers on the back of the card)

✸ Finally your payment will be completely done
